Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the files are delivered to your email or downloaded, the sale is final.
However, if you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, or if you received the wrong product, please reach out to me at gracegritstudio@gmail.com —I’ll do my best to make it right.

Returns
At this time, I do not accept general returns due to the custom nature of my handmade items and limited stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect: - Contact me within 7 days of delivery - Email: gracegritstudio@gmail.com- Include a photo of the item and packaging for verification
Once reviewed, I will: - Offer a replacement if the item is available - Or provide a store credit or refund if replacement isn’t possible
